Bienal

A considered growth system built around clarity and restraint. Bienal operates at the intersection of craft, interiors, and high-end retail, requiring a marketing engine that feels grounded yet ambitious. Our approach focused on sharpening acquisition without losing the brand, rebuilding the funnel, cutting cost per lead, and aligning every channel into one coherent system.

Founded as an independent studio rooted in craft and balance, Bienal reached a moment where its commercial engine needed to scale without losing the brand. The project centred on redefining how demand is created and captured, aligning spend with a more confident and intentional direction. Over five years the team grew from two to seven, revenue compounded at 28% a year, cost of acquisition fell by 79%, and lead-to-customer conversion moved from 4% to 13%. Organic traffic rose 73% against 240 ranking keywords.

" Working through this project brought a new level of clarity to how we go to market. The process felt thoughtful and collaborative throughout, allowing the brand to evolve without losing what made it familiar. The final work feels balanced, confident, and aligned with how we want Bienal to grow from here. "
